Structural Characteristics
Iron core
The material performance is not less than 2a7ZH100 cold rolled silicon steel sheet; three-phase three-column three-dimensional symmetrical structure, there is the shortest and the most balanced three-phase magnetic circuit; each group (roll) chip by thin steel strip in the special core winding machine, pressure uniformity and tightness; core frame by vacuum annealing treatment, to remove the stress, improve the electromagnetic properties. Triangle iron core does not need cutting and punching processing, eliminating the traditional iron core of the transverse and longitudinal seams, reducing the magnetic resistance; core column cross-section is round, the core of the largest filling factor, triangular three-dimensional structure so that its three-phase magnetic circuits are equal and the shortest, the realization of the ideal transformer core structure that people dream of.
Winding
The windings are made of corrugated oil channel, not impregnated with paint, and tied with tightening tape; the windings are all copper-core coils; the high-voltage windings have taps corresponding to the requirements of tap voltage, which are led to the tap changer, which is mounted on the cover of the box, and can only be changed to the tap voltage after cutting off the power supply.
Safety protection device
80~1600kVA transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves; according to user requirements, gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed.
Oil temperature measuring device
Transformer oil tank Transformer oil tank consists of corrugated wall, the surface adopts dust electrostatic spraying, paint film is firm. Corrugated radiator not only has cooling function, but also has "breathing" function, the elasticity of the corrugated radiator can compensate for the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall.
